We are looking for an attorney licensed in South Dakota (as well as any additional states, if applicable) to draft real estate documents including but not limited to, deeds, subordinations, satisfactions, lien releases, powers of attorney, and various affidavits. Real Estate experience is preferred, however all candidates will be considered as training can be provided. Must have insurance.
